"This was simply delicious! I had my doubts about cooking a bird this quickly, but it came out juicy and tender and delectable! I love the idea that I can come home from work and 4:30 and have roast chicken for supper at 6:00. My only comment about the recipe though is that I found that at 500 degrees, my drippings were a bit too, well, black to ma..."

"I honestly thought this would taste weird, but tried it based on the reviews. I love it! I did cut down a bit on the mayo, and I used fresh basil instead of dried, which I highly recommend. Yummo!"

"I won first place in a pie-making contest with this pie, out of 21 entries. It's a real winner!I used butter instead of lard in the crust, so the crust was yummy and buttery tasting too.I find a tiny sliver is all you need though - very, very rich."

"I made this as a side dish to grilled chicken breasts. When the chicken was nearly done I took some of the sauce, mixed it with a little tomato paste to thicken it a little, poured it on top of the breasts and topped them with a slice mozzarella cheese and some parmesan, then finished them off in the oven. The spaghetti squash primavera was ..."

"Wonderful recipe! I didn't even miss the noodles. I'm normally not a big eggplant fan, but in this recipe the eggplant soaks up all those yummy flavours like a sponge and is delicious. I used ground turkey and substituted cottage cheese for the ricotta and it was still very good, but I think it would be better with the ricotta. Very zesty, it ..."

"Very tasty and fairly easy to make. I think that next time I'll cut the paprika a bit - I found it just a little overwhelming. "
