"Absolutely delicious! I did add an additional can of drained/rinsed black beans and 1 can of Rotel tomatoes, in addition to the jar of medium salsa. "I've made this countless times and have never been disappointed. I've used homemade tahini and store bought organic tahini and it works out great either way. "This meatloaf was absolutely delicious. I used 2 pounds of hamburger, 2% milk and regular brown sugar as that is what I had on hand. It was yummy! Next time I will make in a larger pan so there will be more surface area for the glaze.
