    About Me

I am a retired American expat living in Thailand. I am originally from Chicago, then Los Angeles. Spent the last sixteen years working in South East Asia. As for food, Singapore has the best food in the World. A blend of Chinese, Malay and Indian cooking. Black Pepper Crab is my #1 favorite. I have two adopted teens from Thai mother. Mother is gone so I had to learn to cook. Thanks to recipezaar and all its contributing members I am now a very good cook.

    Favorite Foods

Myself and the kids are definetly international people when it comes to food. I try to share some good things from the States with them. Latest was Frozen Bananas. I am a victum of my own making as Frozen bananas are a must have in the freezer now.

I am famous for several of KITTENCAL's recipes. That lady can cook.

I don't like to see recipes stating "a box or package of" Packaging weights are different around the world.
