Reviewed Chocolate Amaretti Cake
"We used Stella Dora almond toast cookies because the amaretti cookies were hard to find, and it came out wonderfully. This recipe was so easy--everything just goes into the food processor! I'll definitely be making this again. We poured some ganache over it, too. Wonderful!

Hi! I'm Edana and I really love cooking. Unfortunately, I don't have much time for it with my current courseload in school--I'm a creative writing major trying to finish as quickly as possible, and a lot of writing classes at once makes having any free time a bit difficult! I started cooking when I was around 12 and began to expand my repertoire a few years ago. I especially love cooking Indian and Italian food--why pay $40 to go out to eat when I can get all the ingredients and make it myself for 10?
I get most of my recipes from food.com or blogs--I find that it's much easier to follow the instructions of another person who isn't professionally trained, since they rarely assume you know how to do some of the less-common steps. I keep my own food blog, which is updated very sporadically when I'm in school and much more frequently over breaks.
I like dinosaurs a lot.
This is too difficult a question for me to answer. Anything that tastes good!
