    About Me

    I love to cook - it's as simple as that. I particularly like to cook for others as I consider it a very personal gift I am able to give. There is nothing like the feeling one gets when you watch someone enjoy something you have made.

    I miss California and I try to bring a bit of it into my home here in eastern Canada by preparing dishes from my childhood. However I have found some wonderful traditional Canadian dishes that I enjoy preparing. I love the Quebec French influence on the cuisine.
