"Followed recipe EXACTLY as stated. Why didnt I brown the meat first? I dont know, I know better than that. Anyway this meat had the consistency of dog food. I had Wendy's the night I made this. If you do decide to make this. Do not use flour, use more spices, use more water, and cook longer. This was a disaster. I do NOT recommend this to a..."

"Very good recipe. This is what chili is supposed to taste like! I subsituted the concentrated beef broth with reduced veal stock also known as glace. For this recipe I cut a 1/2 inch strip off of the 1 lb slab. Note: You will not need broth, browning sauce or steak sauce in this recipe if you use reduced veal stock. This is simply no subsituting..."

"Served this with a slab of BBQ ribs. An excellent tasting potato salad mainly because I dont like traditional potoato salad, I like it to more like potatoes than salad. I did change one thing--I added a SMALL amount of mustard and a SMALL amount of dill relish juice and it added just the right touch in my opinion. This recipe could also be used w..."

"Cant deny the fact that this is the best method of making french fries, but to take it a step further, let the fries drain off of a smal rack in to a pan below rather than letting a grease soaked bag allow grease to soak back into the fries (especially if you are making multiple batches)"

"Tried this out this weekend and me and a friend of mine loved them so much, we ate all 7 chops! Very easy to make. A glitch in the plan caused me to have to marinate them for about 5 hours, but it turned out great! Thanks for the recipe!"

"A good basic meatloaf thats easy to make. But boy did it make a lot of sauce...I "occasionally" brushed ALL of it on there thinking that was the idea, but it ended up way too wet, mushy, and greasy...I think I'll put it on a baking sheet and let the grease run into a pan on the bottom next time. Other than that it tasted great!"
