    "made this soup for dinner last night. it was superb! i did make changes to the recipe tho..here is how i made mine: i took half an onion, 3 garlic cloves, 1 carrot and put it all in the food processor . i also quartered 2 red potatoes and chopped 2 bunches of fresh brocolli into little florets. then i melted 1/3 cup butter and sauteed all the vegis..."

    "the taste of this cobbler is superb but the recipe calls for way more water than it needs and i was upset to discover that by following it, my cobbler was soupy in texture :( i will definitely make it again and cut the water in half the next time. if not for this, i would have given it 5 stars- do yourselves a favor and CUT THE WATER IN HALF!"
