"I wanted something light for dinner that I would be able to customize for picky eaters and this fit the bill. My son felt that it was okay, but the rest of us enjoyed it. I added tarragon and a tiny bit of dried herbs de province to the dressing and I quite enjoyed it and will use it for other salads in the future."

"This recipe was a quick to prepare, and the presentation was perfect, however neither of us thought that the flavour was as good as it should have been with all of the flavourful toppings. I will make it again and sprinkle some feta on the top as another reviewer suggested and instead of the fresh tomatoes I will use sun dried tomatoes plumped up..."

"I've been making these for some time and was going to post this recipe, but you've beat me to it. They are lovely muffins, so moist, tender and healthy. I have made them with 1 cup of apple sauce when I was out of apples and I often use a full cup of hemp hearts instead of the mixed nuts."

"Since I have never tried kale I wanted to make a recipe that was tried and true. "I made this recipe with halved breakfast sausages and cooked them in the oven along side of the turkey for about 2 hours. After the first hour I drained the fat and turned them over to brown them on the other side. While I'm not a fan of sausages, the rest of my family are and they have requested that these are on the menu every Christmas."

"Delicious! I substituted the parsley with cilantro like others do and we all enjoyed it. Thanks for posting."

"We enjoyed this soup recipe even though I didn't add any of the flour to thicken the soup. I did thicken it naturally with some barley, legumes and leftover chicken. I have been asked to make this again. Thank you Janet for this posting."

"I made this on the weekend and we all enjoyed the flavour. They were great right out of the oven however they were quite dry after they cooled off. I think that I will try them again with some of the add ins and hopefully they will be moister."

"This is a very good recipe. I had people grumble when they heard what I made and then they tasted it and it disappeared. Even my bean hating son loved this. I topped it with more cheese, green onions, and tomatoes and it was the hit of the evening. Thanks for posting this yummy recipe."
