    My name is Elena. I am a mother of 2 boys. I love photography, traveling, football, baseball, scrapbooking, spending time with my wonderful husband David, and raising our beautiful boys.

    My husband is an active duty member in the Air Force. I make it a goal to get a great dinner on the table in minimal time during the week and use the weekend as the time to cook special dishes I can take my time on. It can be hard sometimes with our busy schedule.  I love to try new things!

    Favorite Foods

    I love anything Italian and everything seafood. I love a great carbonara every now and then and love to go out to dinner at new places.  I can't eat too much chocolate because it gives me migraines.  A tragedy - I know!  :)
