    Reviewed Beef Taquitos

"I made a batch of these and threw them in the freezer for growing teenage boy who eats more often than I care to cook. 60 seconds at 50% power, covered with a napkin heats them through without overcooking. They are soooo much better than store bought frozen taquitos. I store them in a plastic pitcher with a lid. They fit perfectly."

    About Me

The early years of my career were in the restaurant business, where I developed recipes and menus as well as cooked and managed.

Today all my cooking is for family and friends, and while I enjoy it, I do alot less of it than I used to. I love to try out new recipes and found this site while searching for mexican menu ideas for a large family meal.

I am a freak for that show "Top Chef". Anyone else?

    Love it all.
