"These are terrific! Very easy, very tasty, and pretty healthy! They really are a perfect snack, somewhere between a snack and a treat. I used organic cornflakes and unsweetened coconut and they were delicious. These are a definite keeper! Thank you for posting."

"YUM! Delicious recipe. We loved the flavour - even lacking the cinnamon (by mistake. I also used crushed tomatoes by mistake, so put in less than called for. But it was very very good anyhow! This is a delicious dish we will eat again on another cold winter day."

"What a great find! I'm always hunting for delectible and not-too-sweet snack foods for my seven-year-old daughter. This was a winner! I used a dessertspoon of cornstarch as no kudzu was to be found here, and would double the amount of fruit next time. Delicious!! And so easy."

"Yum, yum, YUM! I have always wondered how to make something like this, with that special combination of spices that smells (and tastes so specifically Indian. Thank you for this easy recipe! We will have it with naan and cherry tomatoes next try. . . can't wait! :"

"Delicious! I used only 1/2 cup of confectioner's sugar in the filling, and made it as a triple layer cake since I do not have a jellyroll pan. My only comment would be that it was very sweet - I will try again sometime with less sugar in the cake batter also. Hopefully this won't change the consistency of the cake too much. Thank you for posting!"
