"Made with 1 egg as I am not vegan and used less baking powder.
Used organic rice milk (no additives, because of soy and milk intolerance.
Lookd exactly like cow milk pancakes, texture was good, and tasted very good.
Thank you!"

"Lovely way to make broccoli. I tasted it before adding the lemon juice and I liked it better without."

"First class bread! I made this twice already.First time, doubled the amount using only whole wheat flour. I let it rise in a warm place and it smelled a bit strong but was fine after baking. 4 children ages 5-18 thought it was delicious.Second time, used 80% whole wheat flour and let it rise in an unheated room. "I made this for a special event and they were very well recieved. The coconust in the bottom is inspired! However, I found the amount of sugar rather daunting so I reduced to 1.5 cups. "I like this recipe very much. However, it did not get passed by my teens which is why I did not rate it 5 out of 5. I am glad to have learned a new method, I may be able to apply it to other vegs. I did have quite a bit of crumb mixture left over so I may try it on some button mushrooms."

"Excellent.I dropped the rutabagas and potatoes and added whole button mushrooms and sliced leek. I also used fresh herbs.About the dumplings, I made it once without and loved it. Then decided to try them. I won't be doing that again, the clear soup became cloudy and unattractive and dumplings were too soggy."

"I love these but since my kids wouldn't eat them I won't rate it at 5 stars. I made as described using 1 teaspoon organic soup powder. Baked in silicon muffin pans, they did not stick and cleaning up was a cinch.Beautiful appetizing colors."

"My daughter and I decided to make a professional looking birthday cake. We used our favorite choc. cake and this frosting along with my own choc. icing and cream filling. We managed to pipe this frosing and were happy with the reuslts. Kept the cake in the fridge for 2 days. I used all butter and opted out of meringue and flavorings except vanilla..."
