    About Me

    Hello!!!

I live in a small village in derbyshire and LOVE cooking,(especially puddings)even though I am still a learner.I was taught to cook by my Dad, him by his Mum, by her Mum, by her Mum etc.On my Mum's side my cousins, uncle and aunt have moved to sweden so they know some great swedish foods. I really like animals but have still to join the realm of the veggies!

I have a gorgeus black flatcoated retriever 2 year old dog, a small fish and an older sister.

    Favorite Foods

favourites are tough ones arent they?!

um.My favourite food to eat is a dead heat between full roast chicken and veg, slow coked lamb,(sorry you veggies),apple crumble and stickey toffee pudding.

My favourite dish to cook is a very amazing recipe for stickey toffee pudding and sauce.

I have no favourite restaurant but a know a place in Wales that does a very nice hickory chicken.
