    About Me

I am a stay at home wife and mother of three. I have always been a hit and miss cook. Sometimes things work and sometimes they don't. Last year (2001) I decided that my goal would be to learn to cook so that I was more hit than miss. My quest for authentic English recipes landed me here on Recipezaar. I enjoy trying new recipes, techiques and flavors. My passions are my family mail art and cooking.

    Favorite Foods

One of my family's favorite times is make your own pizza night. I make the dough the day before and let it rise slowly in the fridge. That night I spread out all the toppings and everyone has at it. I love trying anything new. My biggest pet peeve is recipes that have not been proofed. It just fries me to spend time and money on something that has no chance of working. I think my favorite cusines are English and Italian.
