"This was ok, although I felt that the pork was a little dry at the end of cooking and no one liked the sauce that you were supposed to drizzle over the pork. I will make this again, without the salt and I will reduce the cook time slightly. Thank you for an interesting pork for my dinner tonight. Made for Photo Tag Spring 2013."

"This broccoli is simply amazing! Our whole family loved it, and our picky 2 year old actually ate broccoli, instead of throwing it for the first time! This will be my go to cooking method for broccoli from now on. Thank you riffraff!"

"My husband said, "Give it a 5." So you definitely have a winner. I used white wine instead of beer but kept everything else the same. These were lovely and a true comfort food. Thanks for a great down home cooking burger Mikekey. Made for PRMR."

"This was a quick and surprisingly delicious dinner for us tonight. My husband said, "Oh God...keep that recipe!" Which makes it a definite keep in our book. I doubled the recipe so that I would have enough to feed 5 for dinner and 4 for lunch the next day, and I'm not sure there will be enough left for lunch without an accompanim..."

"This is very good, although we liked it better cold than hot. It has such a nice aroma while cooking and steeping, my whole hose smells like Christmas now. This also gave me an excuse to buy a tea ball, which is a mesh metal ball used for steeping tea. Thanks for a great recipe that I can make to go along with many dinners. Made for 2013 Zaar ..."

"This was really good and fairly easy to make. The only problem I have is that the coconut oil cost $8.96 for a 12 ounce jar. That being said, this will not be something I will be able to afford to make very often. We did really enjoy the flavors and the dipping sauce, but I don't think it would taste the same using a different oil. Thanks..."

"These are kind of labor intensive because of the melting caramel part, but so good. I walked out of the room after I took these out of the oven and my husband cut them and they became a huge gooey, but delicious mess. No picture because the entire thing ended up swimming in caramel. We decided just to eat it hot topped with vanilla ice cream fo..."

"So, I didn't get a picture of this delicious, super rich hot chocolate because the marshmallows melted and ran down the sides of the cups and it 'twas not a pretty sight. I agree with the previous comment that this is way to sweet, but that can easily be remedied. I will be making this again for sure. Thanks for another great one Muff..."

"This was very good. I had to make my pork on a George Forman Grill because of the weather here, so I marinated and grilled boneless pork loin chops and then cut them up before serving them. They cooked in the same 30 minutes as the sauce and both turned out wonderfully. We really liked this satay sauce much more than the ones that use peanut bu..."

"This asparagus was really good. Such an easy preparation with such great results. I used Montreal Steak Seasoning by McCormick to season the asparagus and I think there are endless possibilities for seasoning this dish. Thanks for a great and easy recipe!"
