"Didn't quite have enough leeks, but it still tasted great! Appreciate that it let us eat healthy without complaints from the rest of the family, who loved it from husband to preschooler. Definitely getting added to the go-to list of recipes."

"Very good and easy enough to make for my 4yr old to help out! I had 5 bananas to use up, so I did 1 loaf (just adding a bit of cinnamon and nutmeg) and 1 set of 12 muffins (chopped up some dried figs to add to that batch). No nuts because of allergies. Delicious - will definitely make this again!"

"Made this for the first time today, and it will definitely be on our list again! We used Murphy's Irish Stout, but I would think any brand of stout would work well."

"I used ricotta instead of cream cheese in my latest batch, and eyeballed the pepperoni & cheese since I couldn't come close to fitting everything in the first time I made these. Like others, I find them super-sticky, and can only get 4 slices per roll - but they taste great and are a wonderfully easy lunch for this mom of a newborn!"

"This was a real lifesaver more than one night after having my daughter. A good amount of spiciness. I've found we don't use much of the salsa, and always have cheddar cheese on hand, so I probably won't include those in the kits next time I make them. Thanks for the recipe!"
