    Reviewed Vanilla Buttercream Frosting
    Handle
     |  By MizzNezz

"Unfortunately neither my boyfriend nor myself liked this frosting. I made it to frost onto a vanilla cake but the flavor was horrible. It tastes like butter and slightly bitter, yet sweet at the same time. The consistency is comparable to a thick whipped butter. I tried refrigerating it then whipping it again but that did not help."

"I'm not going to leave any stars because I think I may have messed up when I tried this recipe. I did not have baking soda so I doubled up on baking powder - I'm not sure if that is a big mistake or not. And then I used the powdered buttermilk mixed with water instead of real buttermilk. The end result was probably a 4 star recipe. The filling ta..."

     |  By GaylaJ

"The best Cranberry Sauce I've ever tried. I doubled the recipe and it worked out perfectly. I used half water and half orange juice and then ende up adding just a tad more honey to make it sweeter. Very yummy. And a cheese cloth does really help with the whole cloves."

"My husband and I loved these pancakes. Yes, they taste much better than the mix you buy from the store. I added blueberries to half of the pancakes. The mix made about 8 medium-large sized pancakes."

"The brownies tasted wonderful. But I am more into fudge-like brownies rather than cake-like. And these are very cake-like. They are good brownies to have with ice cream and the flavor is wonderful. I will make these again but use less nuts. Very good."

     |  By Chef at Heart

"Should be called Sweet Taco Salad. Very delicious. My mom used to make a taco salad that was very similar - I always loved it as a kid. I like to add a little jalepeno or chili pepper and some lime juice. To give it that sweet yet spicy flavor. Also good with flavored tortilla chips."

"This dessert was really good! I made my own turkish delight using Recipe #80252 in this ice cream. It turned out really well. I used 1/2 cup Riesling and the flavor was delicious in combination with the vanilla ice cream. The nuts are a MUST. They add texture and flavor. Thank you - I really enjoyed this ice cream."

"Wow, I thought the Turkish Delight was really good. I had never tried it before in my life but it's really good. I ended up using 2 Tbls. of rose water. And then 2 teaspoons of lemon juice and it worked out well. And yes, the knife needs to be really sharp to cut the final product. I had to enlist in the help of my husband to cut it for me! Really..."

"Quick, simple and tastes wonderful. I made the dip for my cousins grad party and it was gone in no time, everyone loved it. I skipped all of the first steps and just put all of the ingredients into the crockpot and let them cook together on high for 1 hour and then another hour on warm and then switched it to warm and it was ready!
