New Topic Baking a small pre-cooked ham in Cooking Q & A
"Hi - I have a pre-cooked ham that's just under 3 lbs that I'd like to have a nice glaze on, but don't want to overcook it. I'm afraid becuse it's so small, I won't be able to do a decent job with the glaze without drying out the ham. Most recipes out there are for large hams. Suggestions?"

"If you like it HOT and flavorful, this one is for you! Served with garlic bread it's to die for. I made this one up a couple nights ago and it turned out amazingly well. Use 1/2 a chiptole pepper if you'd rather your pasta not be so spicy (but it'll still have a kick)."
