"We have started putting more and more vegetarian meals in our diet but my husband is not convinced we should ever go entirely meatless. With that said, he loved this recipe. As others suggested, I made individual loaves in a muffin pan. I also added a minced seedless jalapeno. The result was not spicy but had a great taste. Thanks!"

"This was great...healthy and flavorful. After reading other reviews a went a bit heavier on the spices but stuck with those listed in the recipe. I used balsamic vinegar for the sauteing which added to the overall flavor. It was not bland at all! This will be a "repeater" here!"

The only change I would make is to add a bit more spice, perhaps red pepper flakes.I made a big batch and used the leftover sauce for Sloppy Joes it was so thick."

"These pork chops were surprisingly good. While I reduced the number of chops to 2, I kept the remaining ingredient amounts the same. I did not have sliced pineapple so I used crushed pineapple instead and spread a layer of pineapple over each chop before adding the onion mixture. The chops were tender, juicy and surprisingly spicy...not just s..."

"This was great! I added a banana pepper because it was garden season and a pepper was lying on the counter. Next time I would add even more heat though...a jalapeno or another hot pepper or two.My husband enjoyed the recipe though and he usually wants meat in his stuffed peppers."
