    About Me

    I don't do "quick", and most of my recipies are easy. I don't use cans, boxes, or MSG. 

    If you are willing to take the time to prepare healthy choices, you've come to the right place. 

    Most of my recipes come from Alton Brown (with modifications as he prefers more heat than I).  Some of them come off the top of my head and actually work.
