"I don't know about the Mayo as I've never tried it.. but I use nearly this exact recipe but cook the Tilapia in a stove top pan instead. I cook on medium high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.. When the thickest part flakes it is done... Oh and I add a little Cayenne and a couple dashes (not just one of hot sauce... we like it HOT,lol... But ye..."
