"great and easy
Here are the changes I made:
used 3 large bananas,
instead of sourcream used nonfat greek yogurt,
instead of butter used 1/2 canola oil and 1/2 organic unsweet apple souce,
used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 all purpose flour."

"2 medium bananas= 1 cup. doubled the recipe Had 4 bananas., used the 2/3 of white and 1/3 of white whole wheat. exchange 1/2 of oil for organic none sweet apple souse. added 1 cup of nuts and about 1 cup of dry cranberries. Made 2 loafs of bread .,"

"Nice easy soup, used 2 cans of chickpeas, 7 cups of water, added 1 can of tomatoes and 2 small carrots followed the rest of the recipe on spices, had 1 bunch of fresh asparagus and added them for the last 15 min of cooking."

"I made a few changes due to personal preference --- added a little garlic, parsley and some capers. used non fat milk and blended with low fat cream cheese to thicken it up. Didn't have sherry, so used white wine. It was delicious! Thanks for sharing this!"
