"I enjoyed the flavor of this however, the texture was way too smooth for my taste. I would have preferred it to be chunkier like traditional spinach dip. I will make it again but try pureeing it less next time."

"I prepared this as written and did not like it at all. The flavor was okay but the texture was very mushy and the color was an unappealing brown. I wanted so much to like it as I cannot eat traditional quiche b/c of lactose intolerance."

"This is a wonderful base for a soup but needed a little finagling to suit my taste. I added a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon and pureed with the soup some firm silken tofu to give it a creamier flavor. It is a very easy recipe-especially if you buy the squash precut as I did. Thanks Erin!"

"This is a wonderful, easy and versatile dish that I have made several times for my husband and toddler son. I made it as directed the first time and enjoyed it thoughI have made a few changes each time since that I've made it--used spinach instead of broccoli, doubled the mushrooms and added a can of diced tomatoes and kalamata olives. I also us..."

"My husband and I love this recipe. The chicken was very moist and flavorful and I love the fact that you can get the prep done the day before and then just pop it in the oven the next day. I followed others' advice and reduced the amount of brown sugar by half. I served it over couscous. This is definitely something I will make for guests in t..."

"My husband and I loved this dish. I have made it twice in 2 weeks. I used a cut up whole chicken both times. I browned the chix before putting it in the crock pot. The first time I made it, I only used one can of chick peas--the second, two cans. I think one can is plenty. I didn't have the Ras El Hanout Spice Mix so I just used the substitu..."
