Hello, everyone
I am a very early beginner in the culinary arts. I am young in age as well as in skill, though I've learned much just since I've sought out information on food. My mother has taught me most of what I do know, for she is very knowledgable concerning cooking among many other things. I like to believe her teaching me is the beginning of a long journey to becoming a good cook.
I am interested in special diet needs and differences. (Because most of my family is following a special diet of their own...) I believe that health comes first and then taste. Though I don't at all mind brainstorming to make a recipe better. Guilt free is always best!

Anything Italian is my personal favorite; I could eat Italian food everyday! I love to cook pasta dishes especially. I also love finding recipes for traditional dishes in foreign lands. Authenticity is important to me when cooking.
Though I, nor any of my family is vegetarian, I love to make vegetarian and vegan dishes. I love working with herbs, turkey, fish, coconut milk, potatoes, sweet potatoes, squash, onion, a lot of garlic, bell peppers, among others. These ingredients I often enjoy putting into my dishes.
