    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I now live in a small mountain resort town, previously have lived in Southern Ca. I am an oil painting teacher but have been a homemaker all of my adult life. Early on, I decided if I would be responsible for making three meals a day, it would help to enjoy the process and do the best I can.

Pagosa is not known for it's haute cuisine! So I thought this site might be fun and see what the rest of the world is cooking. I love Pagosa and would not want to be anywhere else because it has the more of the nicest people per square inch. As far as the restaurants go, after twenty plus years, I would settle for consistently mediocre, in my dreams!!

    Favorite Foods

Golly, so hard to choose, I appreciate most foods that are well prepared and love it when am surprised by a dish that unexpectedly turns out to be great and teaches me to like something new.
