"This was wonderful! I used 2 eggs, and didn't have self rising flour so I used whole wheat flour and 3/4 tsp of baking powder. I added a bit of black pepper too. I think I needed more bacon or a touch of salt with it. I made half the batch with colby jack, the other with pepper jack, and I loved the spice. Will definitely make again! Thanks!"

"I made these today for my teenage and preteen boys. I tripled the batch, and I used half whole wheat flour. I also added a glug of vanilla. They inhaled them! Sometimes I wasn't sure if they were fully cooked because the bottom stayed a bit glossy, but the boys insisted they were great. They REALLY suck up syrup! They hold up well for pigs in a ..."

"I LOVE quinoa and have been looking for yummy recipes. This was quite good. I didn't get the custard/quinoa in layers like in the photo. Mine looked like the bottom part only. The taste was really good, a little sweet for me personally. My eldest son loved it, my husband and the other two didn't care for it, but they don't like rice pudding or any..."

"My 5th grader made this recipe with no problems and no help from me. He loves granola with his greek yogurt. This provided enough sweetness that he didn't even add any honey to his yogurt. Just the right amount of clumping too. Thanks for a great recipe!"

"We made this last night and it got mixed reviews. I have a husband and 3 boys (ages 9, 10, & 13) First off, we couldn't eat in the kitchen because the kids and hubby couldn't handle the smell from making it =) My youngest 2 didn't like it at all. My husband said he wouldn't mind it once in a while. My oldest LOVED it! He thinks next time we should..."

"These were really good! I added an extra cup of pumpkin like jessdavis suggested, I used nearly a tablespoon of pumpkin spice and topped the rest off with extra cinnamon. I also added a glug of vanilla. I baked 24 muffins for 25 minutes. I am baking the loaf right now. The muffins are so good! My husband accused me of trying to pass of pumpkin cup..."

"I loved it! I made it with stir fry veggies and served it over a jasmine wild rice mixture. It tasted just like Applebees. The reason for 4 stars in stead of 5 is because my family hated it (but they also hate applebees version too,) I will make it again and freeze extra portions for me."
