"This was good, but I made a couple of modifications based on previous reviews. I did not drain the beans or tomatoes and just adjusted the amount of additional liquid I added accordingly. I think you loose a lot of the flavor of the Ro-Tel if you drain it. Otherwise, it was a great, inexpensive meal that I would definitely make again!"

"This is a great recipe that I would definitely make again. I did make some slight modifications based on the previous reviews. First of all, I used 2 eggs instead of one. Secondly, I dissolved a chicken bouillon cube in approx. 1/2 cup of hot water and added it at step #6. Lastly, I used much more soy sauce than the recipe called for. Basical..."

"This was quick and easy, but we found it to be a little dry. Could be that we needed to cook it a little bit less than the recommended time. "This was very good and easy to prepare. We like spicy food so we used a fair amount of hot sauce. You can't go wrong with Justin Wilson. I gay-ron-tee!!"

When I went to the grocery store they didn't have any fresh thyme so I got one of those poultry packs that includes fresh rosemary, sage and thyme. Also, they didn't have any fennel bulbs so I got leeks. I used leeks, carrots and fingerli..."

"This was great chili and you truly can't tell it is ground turkey! I did add approximately 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper as well as a little bit of additional cumin and chili powder. Would make this again for sure. Thanks for sharing!"

"Wow! This was so good! I am on Weight Watchers and this recipe was very WW friendly with only 4 points as written. After reading several of the comments I did make a couple of modifications- used 1 can shoepeg and 1 can creamed corn; used 3 cans of great northern beans. My DH (who isn't on WW went nuts for this chili. He ate it with Tostitos ..."

"This was very good. I served it with both veggie dippers and tortilla chips. It was well received by everyone. Will definitely make again."

"This was very good and my husband really liked it. You would never know it was Weight Watchers friendly. I will definitely make this again. It is a nice alternative to french fries."
