"Wow!! This is my first time ever cooking fish (aside from frozen fish sticks, and I've impressed myself! This is another one of those "I can't believe how fancy this tastes" recipes that you can throw together and make your company think you're a gourmet chef. I used Grey Poupon whole grain mustard, Panko bread crumbs with a touch of wheat germ..."

"Hm, I thought this sauce was OK, but that's it. I used a package of ground turkey and a package of turkey hot italian sausage, plus added belle peppers to the onion mix. Deglazed w/ a shiraz-granache wine (it was already open, and simmered 2-3 hours. I really enjoy my "add my own veggies to a jar of store bought sauce" sauce better!"

"This is so yummy, I accidentally ate the whole thing. When I followed the directions exactly, it was kind of a runny, oily blob, but still tasty. I spoke to a student at the culinary school and he said not to melt the butter, just cream it in. He was right! I used 2 Tbs of butter & about a Tbs of corn starch just in case, and it held its shape and..."

"I just didn't care for this one much at all. My dining companion, though, loved it. I was expecting something Italian or French, but to me, it smelled Mexican while cooking. I said, "This doesn't smell like anything I was hungry for!" and my friend said, "What are you talking about?! It smells just like Del Taco in here!" Oh well, if you like that..."

"My mom used to make something very similar, but I was having trouble getting the proportions figured out. Thank you for helping me! We leave out the onions and hot sauce, fry 'em up, and just eat them topped with ketchup. What a wonderful comfort food! (Perfect for day after Thanksgiving leftover breakfast!"

"Love these! So easy to make, and different from the average sweet potato recipe. I added some pecans to the mix the other day, and it came out quite nicely. (Gotta watch them though, a couple burned. You won't have leftovers--this is one you'll keep picking at after the meal!"

"OK, I thought everyone else might be overreacting when I read the rave reviews. They're not. I can't believe I, who has never baked a pork tenderloin, just whipped up something so impressive. My oven's old and I have no idea how accurate it is, but this worked out fine on my .87 lb loin. I immediately posted the recipe on my Facebook and demanded..."

My friend told me you've got to dip them in oil first or something (I made HER do it so I'm not sure! We FoodSaver-ed it all and I didn't get an actual enchilada, but the filling, ..."

"Yummy!!! The only drawback for me, as a kitchen novice, was that I made a huuuuuge mess. Straining & bagging in sandwich baggies to freeze & picking meat off bones. . . well, I have chicken bits all over. Whoopsie. Regardless, it smelled heavenly cooking & of course tasted great. I hacked up a fresh chicken carcass, used pepper instead of pepperc..."
