"Great! But I simplified mine due to calorie diet. I used 6 eggs, 1/4 cup shredded cheddar, 1/4 cup skim milk, 8 cooked/crumbled slices of Turkey Bacon and 1 sprig of green onion. No seasonings needed. This made exactly 24 mini muffins. Cooked 15 @ 350 degrees. Thanks for posting the great idea."
