"Looooved this recipe! These were fun to make and tasted just like the amusement park ones. It did yield a lot though for just me and the husband. I did follow others advice and leave out some of the flour so it wasn't too thick and added some vanilla extract. I'll definitely be making these again!"

"These were FANTASTIC! I made them for husband and he loved them. They had such a wonderful flavor. I used fresh spinach since I didn't have any frozen and omitted the mushrooms since we're not fans. They end up looking and tasting like mini quiches. Definitely a favorite :"

"Fantastic! I made these for a sweeter green salad and my husband said it was the best he's ever had. I used ground allspice and ground cinnamon instead and ended up letting the pears soak for about a day in the fridge. The coloring was beautiful and it had a nice strong spice taste. I served them chilled instead of warmed."
