    "WONDERFUL bread - this recipe usually disappears in less than 2 days (family of three. People are always surprised when I tell them this bread is lowfat and contains whole grains. I make them into mini breads (usually needs the full baking time. I prefer 1/2 + cup of chocolate chips, 1/2 c walnuts, and omit the raisins. Great use of leftove..."

    "These very lovely biscotti - and a different twist on an old style. I used 3 eggs and cut out the butter (I don't notice the difference. I also put a thin coat of melted chocolate on some of them and they are FABULOUS with coffee - they have a little bit of everything."

    "I loved this unique biscotti - the cherries are such a lovely flavor with almond. These biscotti come out softer than the super crunchy cookies I'm used to, but they are still wonderful. I think they would go also well with a little dip in chocolate. Thx!"

    "YUM YUM! This chicken was way better than I anticipated - perfect asian flavor for chicken. I used everything except the olive oil - used oil spray for the grill (and didn't miss the calories!. We ate the chicken along with a big green salad with ginger dressing - it was awesome!"
