    About Me

    I turned vegetarian Memorial day weekend in 2006. It was a struggle to find things to satisfy my cravings from being a meat eater all my life.
    Now that my taste buds have recovered, food is much more satisfying.

    Now I find cooking much more enjoyable as I use my creativity a lot more.

    I eat more than just fruits and vegatable, check out some of my recipies. Not all of my recipes are vegetarian, but you can usally figure out a substitution for anything in my recipes. Just ask me, I'll help you.

    I live with two meat eaters and sometimes they LOVE some of the vegetarin meals.
