"This recipe did not work for me at all. After 2 1/2 hours, the ribs were cooked, but nowhere near "fall off the bone". The house smelled great, but the ribs were rubbery, and I just didn't have another 2 hours to cook them. Because of all the other reviews, I only used 2 teaspoons of salt in the rub, but the glaze reduction still didn't taste good"
