"Oh My Goodness! It is beyond words, on how good this recipe is. I decided to try both the microwave version and oven version. The microwave needed a little more concentrated time than 'stir once a minute for four minutes'. Then it occurred to me, not all microwaves are the same. So next time I'll try stirring every other minute. The oven version i..."

"I did what Chef suggested and didn't add the boiling water. I decided to add oil instead of butter. And OMG! This came out so well, my family asked to make another batch of cupcakes for them! LOLThis is staying in my box to make again, and again, and again. Thanks OrganiKiss Catering!"

"This didn't work well for me. I'm not sure what happened, I followed the recipe, no subsitutions or anything. It rose very well, so well that it over flowed, then collapsed. So the end result looked ike someone dug the middle out. It was sweet, but a little on the sticky side. The was good, light and fluffy. The taste was a little over powered by ..."

"This came out really good. Nice and spongy, good texture. Not real sweet like you would think a cake would be, I think next time I'll try it with sugar instead of syrup. Thanks a ton Prose, awesome recipe!"

Quartered the onion, put 1/2 inside and the rest outside the chicken. Did the same for the blueberries then poured the wine in the bottom of the bag. The taste was so good. ..."

"OMG I had made this recipe a few times and I really wasn't liking the spongy texture, though this is by far the best recipe I've tried. So I decided to research the "gum" subject. Guar Gum imitates gluten the absolute best. So I decided to get some from my local HF store. All I did was follow the package directions and replaced the xanthan gum w..."

"I tried this twice. First time I listened to Katika's opinion and added enough rye flour to make a non-sticky playdough consistancy. Totally taking 5 cups of flour. While the texture was stable it was extremely heavy, and didn't rise well. The second time I followed the recipe with one alteration. Instead on 1 cup of milk I added a cup of water..."

"This was really good. I made this is a braided loaf and it turned out beautiful. Though I don't keep powdered coffee or milk on me, so I took the 1 1/4 water and split it. Coffee 3/4 c and 1/2 c milk. I let the coffee cool after brewing then added sugar and yeast to proof for 5 min. I baked it the oven at 400 for 25 min. This is an Awesome recipe..."

"I love this. Though I don't need it I bake for someone who does, and when I use this flour instead of the kind you buy premixed the food is often mistaken for regular. Even after the realize it's gluten free. Thanks for the recipe What's Cooking?!"
