I'm a group fitness instructor and personal trainer here in TN. I'm also a wife and mom to 4 kids ages 6 and under (yes, I birthed them all myself!! LOL). I believe the body is a temple and I teach others to live a healthier life. A little indulgence is okay....in moderation and on OCCASION!!
Chicken, sushi, salads, butternut squash dishes and if I need a little energy snack, then it's natural peanut butter spread on stone ground whole wheat bread with slices of banana drizzled with a touch of honey.
