"So Yummy! I made it in the crockpot on low for 6 hours. I didnt have the gravy so I just used Beef broth and then after it was finished cooking I took out the mushrooms and sauted them and then I reduced the sauce and thickened it. This is the best roast Ive ever eaten."

"Very good! I would cook the cabbage a little bit longer so the leaves are more tender when your eating them. It made 10 cabbage rolls for me and It lasted through many meals. I served them with a baked potato which went well because of the sour cream. Th sour cream really makes this dish!"

"Fantastic!!! I used Potato flour insead of sorghum because I had none available. Also I used unflavored gelatin instead of xanthan gum and I made soy buttermilk.
