"Delicious! I enjoyed this for lunch with my 2.5 year old who ate two bowls. I made it using canned lentils and chicken broth, added a diced zucchini and simmered all until the veggies were tender. I did not mash it. Next time I may try it with sweet potatoes instead of white ones. Can't wait for lunch again tomorrow!"

"This is a total winner. I had never made Pad Thai before (or eaten it really!, but I knew my sister loved it, so I thought I would make it for her. It is easy and absolutely delicious. I couldn't find tamarind paste, so I just used lime juice, but I will keep my eyes open for the paste for next time. I was worried there would not be enough sauce,..."

"This dish rates all 5 stars based on so many factors: ease of preparation, use of common ingredients, beautiful presentation, and it's done in a flash. "I was going to make another pork tenderloin recipe for dinner guests tonight, but I forgot it had to be marinated, so in desperation I found this recipe and it saved the day! Super easy, smells divine, looks beautiful and tastes amazing! I ground all my spices with a mortar and pestle prior to adding to the onion mixture which made it very smoot..."

"Totally delicious. I didn't have any corn kernels, so I substituted a can of baby corn cobs, chopped and it tasted fine, but I will make it with kernels next time. This makes a HUGE bowl, so singles or people who don't like to eat the same thing a couple of days in a row may want to halve this recipe. Otherwise, it would be perfect for sharing..."

"This was NOT easy. The dough is extremely sticky and I was unable to beat it for more than 2 minutes because it burned out the motor in my mixer. Getting the dough off the beater blades proved practically impossible and make a huge mess of me and my kitchen. I have little faith that it will rise and bake up properly. So much for a relaxing afterno..."
