    Hands down.

Delicious dough. Delicious cookie. Bakes up thick and delicious. THIS is what chocolate chip cookies are made of."

Reviewed Cameo Cake With White Chocolate Frosting

"I need to say that I made two major changes in the cake.

    1. I used milk and a dash apple cidar vinegar to make the buttermilk.
    2. I did not make a layer cake. Instead, I made 2 (read: NOT 3) round cakes. I have frozen one and ate the other after it spent a day in the fridge.

Other than that, I followed the recipes exactly. If..."

Reviewed The Only Chocolate Cake Recipe You'll Ever Need! (Devil's Food)

"5 Stars! This takes just like a Duncan Heintz cake mix, or some other boxed cake mix. INTENSELY chocolatey and moist and rich. And the thing about it is, this cake actually gets BETTER WITH AGE!!! I made it on a Thurs. evening. Didn't touch it till the following evening. And today it is Sunday and it is even better than the previous days! I've also..."

    Reviewed Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

"Fantastic! Quick and easy! If you roll into balls, press them down slightly because they puff up but not out. This makes about 2 very large trays of cookies. I used a full cup of butter (no shortening) and no almond extract (didn't have any)."

"A great basic recipe. I added herbs (ie cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg...) to mine. Will play around with it, using different fruits and nuts and spice combinations. Very easy and fun. Getting tons of compliments on this. Fantastic!"

Reviewed Butter Cream Icing (Buttercream Frosting)

"Tasty, but grainy. Also a bit more translucent than I liked, but less milk would have meant that it wasn't quite spreadable. It is a LOT of sugar. I used it all because I needed to frost a layered cake inside and out, but if I was only frosting one cake, I would probably have used about 3 cups of powdered sugar."
