    About Me

I'm a dilettante in deliciousness, and after eating my way through 6 continents and settling down to a busy yet limited income life of a lawyer at a non-profit, I've experimented with healthy, affordable, and tasty meals you can whip up without missing a text.

Cooking is THE practical art, a feast for the senses, and as a Korean-American, I was taught that cooking for others is the ultimate act of love and kindness.

I pursue strong flavors, especially spicy, "garlicky" and sour, but the DH is a meat and potatoes man, so my recipes, like life, are a loving but tasty compromise.
