    About Me

I love my husband, my cat, theology, food, wine, high-tech gadgets, and cooking. I also read cookbooks and cooking magazines like some people read novels. I am sure other foodies will relate;-)

    Favorite Foods

A really good salad, properly seasoned ahi tuna seared rare, a perfectly cooked fillet, outstanding garlic smashed mashed potatoes, freshly baked crusty bread dipped in tasty olive oil with just the right spices, homemade pasta and sauces, lamb kabobs, sabra brand hummus,a traditional Thanksgiving Day meal, truly terrific margaritas - mexican food - and chips & salsa all at the same restaurant. I really hesitate to say this at the risk of sounding like some kind of food snob, but when I go out to a restaurant I expect the meal to be better than what I can cook at home.
