I'm a self-taught home cook & baker from the beautiful Monterey Peninsula of California. German, Mexican, Vegetarian, Grilling...heck, I love just about anything. I'm even working on aquiring a taste for curry; I'm getting there, but it's a spice I used to avoid, like the plague. Most of all, I try to find healthy and low-fat recipes that doesn't lack flavor.
