    "Definitely a keeper. Mmmm. I had to make a couple (what I consider minor) substitutions for what I had on hand, and it still turned out very delicious. I used 2 lbs chicken parts, 2 onions and Trader Joe's South African Smoke Seasoning Blend. The seasoning blend is mostly hot paprika flakes, so it worked well in this recipe. Really yummy!"
