    Reviewed Spanish Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

    Wednesday, Jun 18, 2014 on Food.com

We enjoyed these tonight and my favorite part about these sandwiches is the combination of the saltiness of the prosciutto and the sweetness of the dates. I didn';t have manchego cheese so I used what I had available which was Long Clawson Cotswald cheese and a French Port Salut - the combination worked great. Tagged it for PRMR. Thank you...

I marinated chicken drumsticks between 10 - 11 hours. Though it tasted good, the marinade didn';t impart much flavor in the end-result. I followed the recipe exactly so not sure if using chicken breast would impart more flavor. I think I will try to marinade it even longer next time. Thank you diner524 for sharing. Shared Recipe Skinny Girl With Fat Appetite Deep Dish Pear-Apple Pie

    Monday, Jun 9, 2014 on Food.com

"For those on a diet or for those who want some health and enjoyability in life - this pie is not to disappoint. Good for diabetics. Note that traditional white sugar isn't added, but if you want to add sugar, make sure you add some flour as to thicken the juices."

Shared Recipe Nat's Buttery Onion and Garlic Mini Potatoes

    Monday, Jun 9, 2014 on Food.com

"These are simple to make and ever so delightful. When I'm pressed for time I put these together and they go well with any meal. The buttery-ness is a result of using miniature teeny-tiny potatoes that now can be found in most supermarkets. Finger potatoes are an example, but now there are various varieties in the markets. They turn out smooth a..."

Shared Recipe Alaskan Salmon With Ginger and Black Pepper

    Monday, Jun 9, 2014 on Food.com

"One of Wolfgang's Puck's recipes made with Alaskan King Salmon filets. Wild Salmon is best to use. If you live in the Pacific, Alaskan salmon would be affordable, but if you live on the Atlantic side of the country, Atlantic salmon would be more affordable (though wild is harder to find). Either way, using wild over farm-raised is preferred due ..."

Added Recipe Photo to Beso BBQ Sauce

    Reviewed Beso BBQ Sauce

    Sunday, Jun 8, 2014 on Food.com

Made this bbq sauce as part of the "Recipe #441363". Every ingredient in this sauce tells for an interesting tasting sauce, but the 12 oz. of molasses added bitterness (though unsulphured was used). I believe by replacing the molasses with ketchup would relieve the bitterness. Next time I will try that to see results."

    Reviewed Beso BBQ Brisket

    Sunday, Jun 8, 2014 on Food.com

This brisket wast tasty and makes great sandwiches. I loved the all day cooking process, especially for those busy weekends with chores galore where the brisket just sits in the oven. Used "Recipe #441359" as suggested, but found the bbq sauce to be somewhat bitter, next time will adjust the bbq sauce as described in my review for the sauce. T...

Shared Recipe Watermelon, Red Onion, and Watercress Salad

    Thursday, Jun 5, 2014 on Food.com

"The peppery taste of the watercress makes a great balance with the watermelon. Add the onions and the pine nuts and it tastes even better by giving it an added dimension. I enjoyed this salad recently and thought I'd share it here. The best thing about this salad is that the watermelon fills you up and you don't feel hungry after. I'll be makin..."

    Monday, Jun 2, 2014 on Food.com

"Since I can remember my mom made this dish. It was one of our favorites and both my sister and I continue to make it for our family. Best thing is that it is quick and easy as can be to prepare. It can be served as a side dish for meat, fish or on its own. Note that the tomatoes are meant to be the star of the dish not the eggs. Hope you enjo..."

Reviewed Crisp Sage and Parmesan Pork

    Sunday, Jun 1, 2014 on Food.com

Followed the recipe as written except that I used a combination of panko and Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Also used the fresh sage which is a top player in this dish. Used olive oil for the fry and sprinkled some coarse sea salt over the top. The end result is that it came out fabulous. Thank you Noo for a keeper. Made it for PRMR."

Very good side dish that was pleasing to everyone';s palet. Easy peasy which will now be a part of my regular repertoire. Love the mushroom dressing flavors paired with the asparagus, arugula, and tomato made for a tasty salad. Couldn';t find white asparagus, so I had to go with the green. I will be making this again, but will increase the olive oil and sherry vinegar because it fell short on dressing liquid. Great tasting salad that I';ll be making again...
