I believe in making real, wholesome foods. I only cook with raw milk, fresh chicken eggs, fresh chicken, real fresh churned butter, and real cream. My goal is to create delicious meals the way the would have been 200 years ago. (Peole used real fats, creams, meats etc. back then and they weren't fat, so we should do the same!!)
