-Can of tomatoes w/ juices substituted for the tomato sauce and chopped tomato (it's winter, tomatoes are nasty in the supermarket right now
-2 cans of black beans used instead of one

"Fantastic. Using dried minced garlic (1/4 t and onion (2T still made great sauce. Omitted celery and olive oil.I'm thinking of making up little bundles of the spices, Parmesan, and dried garlic/oregano to use as little Christmas gifts.
