"Luckily, we found this recipe when we were first diagnosed with Celiac Disease. I do add 1 1/2 teasp salt and 3 Tablespoons Honey and switch out the amaranth flour for others most of the time to make it taste even better. THANKS! This is great. I like it better than the other Multigrain recipe here."

"LOVED this. I put twice as many walnuts and love the addition of coconut. I tried other recipes without the coconut and with corn syrup and this one beats them all hands down. Good job and thanks for sharing! I put this with a GF pie crust for my husband and another in a Marie Calendars premade crust. Both were great."

"Great taste! There was extra cream cheese filling. I used Gluten Free pretzels and also used that crust for my chocolate pudding pie! Yum."
