I'm not experienced at "online bios", so I'm using the Recipezaar idea list.
We live in the mountains of western Virginia - not West Virginia! I am a wife and mom. I work for as a tax professional for H&R Block part-time seasonally. I really enjoy trying new recipes, and creating some of my own. My younger children are thankfully not picky eaters, so I've got more "creative license" in the kitchen now! I like to collect cookbooks, and I probably have at least 25-30 (after streamlining to get rid of some I never really used). One of my "pet peeves" is when I follow a new recipe and it doesn't turn out as it should. It's really disappointing. However, when they turn out to be as good as or better than expected, of course that's great!
