"This was very good, definitely worth preparing again. I made a mistake however, and I want to share it so others won't fall into the same trap. I followed the recipe exactly, except that without thinking I used "no boil" lasagna noodles. I've had great success with them in the past and didn't stop to think about the fact that this recipe calls fo..."

"I also found this recipe on the Jello Chocolate Pudding box. The pie is so easy to make that even the most beginner chef could prepare it. It's surprisingly tasty and makes a special dessert when there's not much time to put one together."

"I finally got around to trying this recipe and I'm so glad I did! It tastes great and is a neat alternative to preparing enchiladas. Plus, if you use a store prepped chicken and pre-packaged Mexican cheese, it's way quick and easy to assemble! I have a friend who lives in Mexico and dines pretty well down there...even he loves this dish. Thanks, V..."

"This was tasty when prepared per the recipe directions, but a few changes, in my opinion, greatly improve the dish. First, one needs to make more sauce by increasing the amount of mushrooms and the Marsala wine. More than double the amount of sauce called for in the recipe is not too much to serve with the amount of chicken listed in the ingredien..."

"After preparing this recipe many times and following the directions precisely, I've decided to re-rate it with four stars, rather than five. The sauce tastes great and the ease of preparation is good. However, following the recipe directions as written results in the wings "floating" in so much rendered fat that the marinade is completely diluted ..."

"I'd give this one more than 5 stars if that were possible! It's easily prepared and very tasty. The Asian pears really add a nice dimension...I use them in Asian dishes whenever possible. I used bone in short ribs and dry sherry. I think this would be good with baby back pork ribs, too. I'll give it a try and let you know. Thanks for posting!"

"Hi Doc! This was ever so easy to prepare and it was perfect for a chilly fall evening. I used vegetable broth and a mixture of half and half and whole milk, because these were the ingredients I had on hand. The taste and consistency were very good. I'll make this again. Thanks for posting."

"A keeper for sure! I prepared the salmon using two 6 oz. fillets and followed the directions precisely. I served the salmon with steamed brussel sprouts and baked fingerling potatoes, which I coated with a little olive oil and seasonings and baked in the same oven with the fish. I garnished the dinner plates with a piece of endive and sliced tomat..."

"This is wonderful! It's also quick and easily prepared. I considered omitting the chow mein noodles...for about 30 seconds, and then added them. Thanks, Laurel."
