    "Wonderful Salsa

would it be safe to add more jalapeno's to this recipe and still can it? i read some where that adding more of certain ingredients like that throws off the acid levels of a recipe made for canning and can make it unsafe. is that true?"

    About Me

i am a stay at home mom for the time being. i have only one child, a daughter named Drucilla who will be 5 this year and i have been married to my husband Red for 5 years now.
other then that there is not much else to know. i love cooking, nothing seems to make me happier then when something turns out perfect. of course it takes a lot of practice though lol growing up my mother never really did enjoy cooking all that much and cause of her job she was never really able to be at home a cook dinner or any thing so i never really learned that much about cooking growing up so every thing i have learned up to this point i have realized through trail and error. ^_^
other then cooking my other side hobbies are mainly anime, video games, photography and wrestling

    Favorite Foods

i like almost every thing to have a bit of a southwestern flare to it. but i'm also a sucker for almost all forms of pasta
