"This soup is a must try. I had leftovers so I froze in freezer baggies and took for lunch a few times also. Hard to get kids to eat their veggies and all 3 loved it. One sprinkled a little parmesan on top of the hot bowl of soup. I didn't vhange a thing in this recipe and will make this often. "
